  • Windows shutters : Powder coated aluminium and glass.

  • ELCB and MCB shall be provided in each apartment.
  • Provision for the geyser points and exhaust air fans shall be provided for all toilets.

  • Emulsion paint Asian/Berger or equivalent shall be applied in the common areas, utility & service areas.
  • Emulsion paint Asian/Berger or equivalent shall be applied for the ceiling inside apartments.
  • Internal walls : Acrylic / White Cement based putty with emulsion finish.
  • External Walls : Antifungal exterior emulsion Apex / Weathershield or equivalent.
